We are pleased to introduce Raheem Nazeer, MD, a board-certified physician specializing in Rheumatology. Dr. Nazeer takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to the diagnosis, management, and treatment of rheumatic diseases, helping patients better understand their conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Nazeer treats a wide range of conditions, including inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, gout and pseudogout; connective tissue diseases such as lupus, scleroderma and Sjögren’s syndrome; inflammatory muscle diseases; osteoarthritis; bone health and osteoporosis; Raynaud’s syndrome; and vasculitis.
He believes in a collaborative approach to patient care and works closely with primary care providers and other specialists, including orthopedic physicians, physical and occupational rehabilitation professionals, neurosciences specialists, and diagnostic radiology teams. This multidisciplinary approach helps ensure patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.
