12th Annual Complications Course Sponsorship Opportunities
We invite you to partner with us in supporting this important educational event. Your sponsorship helps us cover course expenses and sustain vital hospital services for patients throughout Western Illinois counties.
This premier two-day educational event will be held Friday and Saturday, September 25–26, 2026, at the Northern University Convention Center, 1120 E. Diehl Road, Naperville, Illinois, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
The Complications Course features morning seminars led by expert faculty and afternoon cadaveric workshops, providing a hands-on, interactive learning experience. We anticipate over 100 practicing podiatric physicians, resident physicians, students, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals in attendance, each earning 16 CME credits.
Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Silver – $3,000
• Company name and logo featured on all event promotional materials.
• Opportunity to place company materials on a shared on-site table.
Gold – $4,000
• All Silver-level benefits.
• Individual display booth to feature your products and promotional materials.
• Table in the cadaver labs to demonstrate your products directly to attendees.
Platinum – $5,000
• All Gold-level benefits, including cadaver lab participation.
• Seat on the Friday or Saturday discussion panel.
Lunch Sponsor
Non-CME Lunch Sponsor – Approx. $1,800–$2,000 per meal
• Sponsor either the Friday (SOLD OUT) or Saturday lunch (SOLD OUT) (12:00–1:00 PM) — first come, first served!
• Distribute literature and promote your business to an attentive audience of podiatrists and podiatric surgeons during the meal.
• Acknowledgement in the program and all promotional materials.
Meal Ticket Sponsorship – $50
• Covers two breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshments for breakout sessions.
Marketing Incentive
This year, we would encourage you to have a container to collect business cards from doctors who come to your booth. We suggest you offer some type of prize, gift basket, or gift card to a lucky winner whose business card you select. The attendees will also have a form for you to sign or stamp to indicate they visited your booth. We will draw 2 lucky names on those forms to receive grand prizes each day. Our goal is to drive traffic to your booth.
