Second Floor Specialty Clinic

The Specialty Clinic is located on the second floor of the hospital. Access to this clinic is through the elevator located next to the Family Care Clinic. The clinic offers patients access to specialty physicians right here, close to home! A specialist is a physician that focuses on specific areas of health care. We currently offer Endocrinology, Otolaryngology, and Wound Care in the Specialty Clinic. To make an appointment with our 2nd Floor Specialty Providers, Endocrinologist Dr. Gauravi or Otolaryngologist Dr. Cody or Nurse Practitioner and Diabetes Educator Teresa Stout, call 815-772-5590.
