The Morrison Community Hospital Medical and Surgical Department cares for a wide variety of patients from pediatric to geriatric with various medical conditions.
Our nursing staff takes education very seriously. Many of the staff members have received their Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support training certifications. Also, new training continues on a regular basis, with yearly validation of skills for each nurse and CNA.
We offer quality care, where every patient’s well-being is our top priority. Each patient is treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. Visitors are always welcome here. We know that they can play an important role in the recovery of many patients.
Our staff consist of BSNs, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
“In and effort to ensure patient and public trust, anyone can inquire about our staffing levels and staff competency by calling (815) 772-5557 to make an appointment with the Chief Nursing Officer. All questions will be answered in accordance with the 2004 Illinois Hospital Report Card Act.”
